Latest Trends
Do you follow the latest trend? Do you buy the 'in' handbag, scarf or shoe? Is your wardrobe just one color when that color is hot? Do you own an Ipod or a Blackberry? If you answered yes, then are you into the latest trend? ARE YOU ANTI-BUSH? This trend was never so hot!
What is wrong with people these days? To be popular all you need is a 'F*** Bush' T-shirt. The ignorance of some people just makes my head hurt!
The media puts a negative spin on every word the President says, every move he does. Things aren't going exactly as planned. Is that a reason to turn your back on everything you believe in?
Magazines and radio programs used to be about reporting the news and letting the viewiers/listeners deciding what's right or wrong. Well things have drastically changed! Noone wants to be seen wearing the 'GO BUSH, GO' T-shirt anymore.
Why isn't it boycotted, just like the Dixie Chicks music isn't sold in many stores and many radio programs refuse to play their songs.
The following is only a few of the comments celebrities have made that show how ignorant they are.
"Just so you know, we're ashamed the President of the United States is from Texas" -Dixie Chicks
"The man's embarrassing. He's not my president and he never will be either." -Julia Robert
I don't like Bush. I don't trust him. I don't like his record. He's stupid. He's lazy." -Cher
"I'm not a George Bush supporter, and I'm eagerly awaiting the end of his term." &
"Whose life would I like to step into for the day? The president's. I could probably get some things done in the Oval Office." -Scarlett Johansson
That's right Scarlett. Cause you know exactly what it takes to win this war, make peace in Israel, convince North Korea that not destroying us is a good idea, etc.
I'm outta here for now. Would love to hear your comments. Thanks

Damn, it. You're a lib. I don't think we'll get our ass kicked thanks to Kerry... What a loser.
He got elected twice because, thank god, more than 50% of the US thinks Kerry is retarded.

His approval rating is low thanks to the trend. Unfortunately it isn't going so well so the Dems have what to bash on.

personaly, how can i be fond of a person that has caused so much bloodshed. very innocent bloodshed. war. and pain. which was all quite unnecessary
now that makes him a cold blooded stupid dumbass. which is kinda understated.
no offense!

Ummm....Y.Y. You know elections are coming up. So you're reading up on the news. Maybe you missed a day and didn't hear Kerry digging his grave. Kerry was off the map since his embarrassing run for President in '04 but made headlines again w/ an equally embarrassing statement.
Do some reading and then check out http://www.drudgereport.com/
I just love those troops.
lakevent, You're right. Can you imagine if Gore would've been in office? waaaa
1beautiful-stranger, This is a war on terror. And the bloodshed and pain is caused by those terrorists we're fighting. BTW, there was no draft! These troops signed on and knew the risks. It's an important war!
The amazing part is how quickly people forget 9/11. Is that what you want? Another bombing, hijacking?
At 2:16 PM,

you are talking about terrorist not civilized people here. theyll bomb us anyway. they want america wiped off the map. the "war againts terror" wont avoid another 9/11.
to be frank..and the truth is kinda creepy..but we cant fight them. no matter what bush will say.
he needs to sound convincing and impressive. after all, he's the president for millions of people..but its all bullshit!
we all know that

I think Bush's genius is that he hides his strategy and his agenda behind a facade of goofy bloopers, and down-south fresh facedeness. The man is a genius, and don't you forget it!!

Like it or not Bush is the president of the United States and we have to deal with it. I tell people to suck it up. You live in America and you have to deal with the cards you're dealt. I personally approve of Bush and I think he's kept us going though all kinds of crap that other presidents didn't have to deal with. But living in a country where we have democracy no one can complain when the majority wins. That's just how it goes.

Heimish,
Great point. There's a lot of overexposure on the celebrity/opinion front. Those that are experts in the field of acting or singing influence the political opinion. Why are they the one to judge? They are the LEAST experts. They live in a Hollywood bubble.

Curious - in you very first "real opst" you specifically say you don't plan on judging other peopl. Yet here you are, judging the people who disagree with you.
The point: Thaty's what people do. Yes, celebreties tend to be demonratic and make stupid staements. Who cares? They are actors and singers. Their opinions don't matter any more than your do. Don't believe me? Well, who won the last 2 presidential elections despite the fact that people like those you mentiojed were making the same comments back then? Exactly.
